Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2023 as follows:
1) Total distributed dividends: SAR 141,008,848.
2) Cash distributions will be made on the basis of SAR 14,805,929, Equivalent to 0.105 riyals per unit, and its percentage of the initial price of the unit is 1.05%.
3) The distribution ratio is 241% of the net value of assets as of
31 December 2023.
4) The cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the Unitholders register at the end of Tuesday, 9 Safar 1446 corresponding to
13 August 2024, (end of trading day on Sunday, 7 Safar 1446 corresponding to 11 August 2024).
5) Distributions will be paid within 40 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
