Ahmed Saud Gouth currently serves as a Board Member and the Chief Executive Officer of Alkhabeer Capital, one of the leading asset management and investment companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Alkhabeer Capital is licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority as a financial institution since 2008 to offer the following activities: Dealing, Managing Investments, Operating Funds, Arranging, Advising, and Custody in Securities Business. Ahmed has over twenty-two years of experience in investment banking, asset management, and Islamic corporate banking, which he gained in leadership roles in Alkhabeer Capital and earlier, the National Commercial Bank (now, Saudi National Bank), a leading financial institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ahmed is currently a member and chairman of the boards of directors for 22 investment funds focused on real estate, private equity, and capital markets, with assets exceeding SAR 9 billion. Additionally, Ahmed is the Chairman of the Board of Saudi Innova Healthcare Company, the Chairman of the Board of Aljazirah Vehicle Rental Company, the Chairman of the Board of Takamul Industrial Production Company, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Integrated Development for Education and Training Co. Ltd., and a Board Member of Al Hanaa Trading Group. Previously, Ahmed held various positions as a member of boards of directors and/or their committees. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to several professional certificates and training programs.

Hisham commenced his career in the finance and investment fields in 1996, serving in various posts in asset management, business development and placement areas. Currently, Hisham oversees the Asset Management Division that includes Real Estate, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Product Development Departments. Meanwhile, he is also responsible for the Business Development & Placement Division. Prior to joining Alkhabeer, he was the Executive Vice President at Elaf Group of Companies, and before that, Hisham served for 9 years at the National Commercial Bank, Asset Management Group, as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Hisham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia and has a Diploma in Portfolio Investment Management and Financial Markets from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences.

Since 1993, Tamer has worked in the trading, banking, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. He has extensive experience in the disciplines of finance and accounting, corporate finance, financial planning, cost analysis, advisory, process restructuring, and project management. Tamer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University, Egypt. He is a Certified Management Accountant, and holds the General Securities Qualification from Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority.

Ibrahim began his career in 2007 in the area of risk consulting, gaining vast experience in the GCC region and specifically in the Saudi Market. Before joining Alkhabeer, Ibrahim spent several years with Deloitte & Touche in the Risk Services Division. He was part of the Financial Services Industry Team where he served financial institutions in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Dubai in executing risk consulting projects. He also worked with CMA and SAMA based on secondment agreements where he enriched his regulatory and compliance knowledge in this field and had an extensive exposure in the financial industry. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the Canadian University in Lebanon.

Hicham starting his career in the banking sector in 1993. Hicham joined Alkhabeer Capital in 2014.  Hicham has over three decades of experience, His expertise embraces corporate banking, investment banking, structured finance, and advisory services. Throughout his career, Hicham has held senior leadership roles at leading financial institutions, driving several landmark transactions and playing a pivotal role in providing financial solutions. Before joining Alkhabeer Capital, Hicham served as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at NCB Capital, and as Head of Structured Finance at National Commercial Bank (now, Saudi National Bank). Earlier in his career, he was Head of Corporate Banking at National Bank of Kuwait – Lebanon and Assistant General Manager of Structured Finance at Samba Financial Group. Hicham holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees of Science from California State University, USA.  

Abdulrahman began his career in local and international brokerage in 2001. Abdulrahman joined Alkhabeer Capital as Head of Corporate Communications in 2013, and is currently the Director of Corporate Services Division since 2018, where he oversees the Corporate Communications, Information Technology, and Administration Department. Prior to joining Alkhabeer, Abdulrahman worked in local and international brokerage in 2001. At the National Commercial Bank. Abdulrahman held the position of General Manager at a marketing agency that specializes in marketing and communications consultancy for clients from different sectors. Abdulrahman holds a Diploma in Public Relations, from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in the UK.

Zeyad began his professional career since 2005 in the financial services and investment sector, where he held several different positions in the fields of Brokerage, Information Systems, as well as Banking. Prior to joining Alkhabeer Capital, Zeyad worked as Head of Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Department in SNB Capital. Zeyad holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, from King Abdulaziz University. He also holds the necessary professional certificates to exercise the function of compliance control and reporting of money laundering from the Capital Market Authority, in addition to several related professional certificates.

Habiba began her career in Human Resource and Administration in 2009. Habiba joined Alkhabeer Capital in 2012, and currently is the Head of Human Capital Department. Prior to joining Alkhabeer, Habiba worked as HR Generalist with Bin Laden Group. Habiba holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Business and Technology (UBT) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Modern Academy for Computer Science and Management Technology, Cairo, Egypt. She is also a certified Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and a Certified Chief Innovation Officer (CCInO), in addition to holding several professional leadership certifications from Harvard Business School.

Hafez started his professional career in Investment and Asset Management since 1999. He has been working at regional and international firms, and currently is the head of Private Equity Department at Alkhabeer Capital. Prior to joining Alkhabeer, he was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Transaction Advisory Services (Deals). Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young in its Transaction Advisory Services and Audit services. He also served as a Director in the New Business Venture division of Emaar Economic City. Hafez holds a Bachelor’s degree of Accounting and Finance from Yarmouk University, Jordan and he holds the US Certified Public Accountant certificate (CPA).

Mazen began his career journey in 2003 and gained extensive experience in stock brokerage, investment portfolios and funds, as well as financial markets. Prior to joining Alkhabeer Capital, Mazen has served as a Director of Brokerage in FALCOM Financial Services in Riyadh. His responsibilities include supervising Murabaha, performance of investment and traded funds and portfolios, lending operations, and marketing financial products. Mazen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from King Faisal University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Saeed began his career in 1991 in the Finance sector and he has a wealth experience in Asset Management, Fund Operations, Islamic Finance and Compliance at SNB and SNB Capital. Saeed currently is the Head of Product Development Department at Alkhabeer Capital. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking from Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences in Jordon, and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. He is also a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mohammed began his career in 2012 in the field of governance and secretariat of companies’ boards of directors, subcommittees and investor affairs management, and gained extensive experience from working in the banking sector, and his full knowledge of the regulations and regulations of SAMA, CMA, the Ministry of Commerce, and what is related to his field of work. Prior to joining Alkhabeer Capital, Mohammed worked in the Governance and Board Secretariat Department at the National Commercial Bank (NCB), now known as the Saudi National Bank. He was part of the team that supervised the bank’s initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Stock Market (Tadawul). Additionally, Mohammed was responsible for overseeing the preparation of the board’s reports and those of its committees, as well as managing the bank’s disclosures in the financial market and directly handling investor relations. Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, majoring in Finance and Investment, from King Abdulaziz University, Faculty of Economics and Administration, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he is a licensed specialist authorized to provide professional consulting in the field of management.

Tamer began his career in in the financial and asset management industrials Since 1996. He has extensive experience in the disciplines of accounting, finance, portfolio and funds management. Prior to joining Alkhabeer Capital, Tamer has served as a Chief Securities Services Officer, as well as a board member on several private and public funds in several investment companies in the GCC region. In addition, Tamer has contributed to the development of the performance and efficiency of operations management and the establishment of private equity, real estate, and money markets funds. Tamer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University in Egypt. He also holds the General Securities Qualification from Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority and holds the Ifsah General Licenses from Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Mazen is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in investment management and deal advisory. During this time, Mazen developed a wide network and extensive capabilities in deal strategy, transaction origination & execution which helped him lead sizable M&A transactions across various sectors including private equity and real estate. Prior to joining Alkhabeer, Mazen worked as a Manager in the Deal Advisory Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he was based in Riyadh and executed projects across the region. He also served as Director of Alternative Investments at AIMS Group in Jeddah. Mazen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, Masters Degree in International Relations from Kingston University, United Kingdom and Masters Degree in International Business from IE Business School, Spain.

Mazen began his career in 2000 as a Gold Service Officer at Riyad Bank, where he was promoted to several positions, the last of which was the Director of the Gold Service Head Office in the Western Region in 2015. Mazen joined Alkhabeer Capital Company in 2015 as Senior Manager of the Business Development and Offering Sector. He currently holds the position of Regional Head of the Western Region, Business Development and Placement Division in 2024. Mazen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from King Abdulaziz University and a master’s degree in financial management from Alfaisal University, Prince Sultan College.

Adel began his career in Retail Bank & E-Banking in 2004. Adel joined Alkhabeer Capital as SVP Business Development & Placement Division in 2023. He currently holds the position of Reginal Head of the Central Region, Business Development and Placement Division in 2024. Prior to joining Alkhabeer, Adel held several positions with BBK in 2007, he also served as Head of Call Center at Ahli United Bank. He moved to Venture Capital Bank, as Director, placement & Wealth management. Adel also held the position of Gulf Islamic investments as senior vice president in placement division in 2019. Adel joined GFH group in 2021 as senior director in placement division. Adel also was Manager at a marketing agency that specializes in marketing and communications consultancy for clients from different sectors. He has extensive experience in Retail Banking, E Banking, Wealth Management and Placements. Adel Alawadi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, from University College of Bahrain.

Karim joined Alkhabeer Capital in 2021 as Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets Department and currently serves as Head. He oversees the management of fixed income, equity, money market, and alternative strategies totaling over SAR 3 billion. He has also played a key role in product development and asset-raising initiatives. Karim has over 15 years of experience across global and regional markets. He has managed multiple asset classes and built a proven track record of outperforming benchmarks across economic cycles. Prior to joining Alkhabeer Capital, Karim was the Head of MENA Equities at Audi Capital, where he played an integral role in establishing the asset management department and managing over SAR 4 billion in MENA, GCC and Saudi equity and fixed income strategies for sovereign wealth funds, family offices, institutions and high-net-worth individuals along with managing leading mutual funds in the region. Karim holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School (France), a Master of Science in Financial Markets from EDHEC Business School (France), and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Lebanese American University (Lebanon). Karim is also a CFA Charter holder since 2013.

Karim began his career in 2003. Karim is a seasoned senior executive, he has extensive experience in investment management, portfolio management, strategic planning, financial advisory, and external audit. In 2024, Karim joined Alkhabeer Capital as the Co – Head of Private Equity, where he oversees the private equity department, including deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit strategies. Prior joining Alkhabeer, Karim was head of transactions for a prominent investment holding in Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at a well-known accounting firm as a financial advisor, specializing in financial due diligence, valuations, and business planning in their offices in the UK, KSA, Bahrain and Egypt. Earlier in his career, Karim worked as an external auditor. Karim has also chaired and been a member of the board of directors and its committees for several companies across multiple sectors. Karim hold a master’s in business administration with distinction from Alliance Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester, UK. He is also a certified wealth manager (CME 4), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Financial Manager (CFM). Karim has a bachelor’s degree with honors in Accounting from Cairo University, Egypt.
