Tariq began his career in 2003 and has held numerous high-profile positions. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates NBD Capital Saudi Arabia and Managing Partner at Al-Muttahidoon Consulting Office. Previously, he was CEO of Al-Ahli Capital Company and has served on the boards of several prominent organizations, including Al-Ahli Takaful Company, SEDCO Capital Flexible Fund for Saudi Equities, SEDCO Capital REIT Fund, SEDCO Capital Real Estate Income Fund, Fund of Funds Company (Jada), and Binladin Holding Company. During his time at the National Commercial Bank, Tariq held key roles such as Director of Performance and Strategy Management, Head of Transformation, and Head of Strategy and Planning for Private Banking Services. He also served as an Investment Advisor at the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Director of Wealth Management at Al-Ahli Capital, and Head of the Western Region for Private Banking Services at the Arab National Bank. Tariq began his career in 2002. He currently serves as an advisor to the Minister of Municipalities and Housing. Tariq has extensive experience in leading financial policy development efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has contributed to enhancing the strategic role of the Ministry of Finance and enabling the Kingdom to achieve its financial sustainability goals. Tariq previously served as the Deputy Minister of Finance for Public Revenues, where he led efforts to develop the Kingdom’s general revenue budget. He established an annual and medium-term revenue forecasting methodology and managed revenue targets across all government entities. Additionally, he oversaw comprehensive revenue analysis operations and contributed to analyzing variables and performance reports to ensure revenue collection and enhance collection mechanisms. One of his key achievements was leading efforts to integrate all government entities into a unified revenue collection platform (Tahseel). Tariq holds an MBA and an M.S. in Information Systems. He has expanded his expertise through leadership programs at top institutions such as Harvard Business School, London Business School, INSEAD, UC Berkeley, and MIT.

Samer began his career in 1995 and brings over 25 years of leadership experience in multinational corporations across industries such as construction, FMCG, and investments. He currently serves as CEO of Binladin International Holding Group, where he has led transformative initiatives, including a major restructuring and driving the group’s first positive EBITDA in seven years. Previously, Samer was Group President at Olayan Saudi Holding Company, overseeing operations for more than 40 affiliates with annual revenues surpassing SAR 5.5 billion. Under his leadership, the company achieved key milestones, including establishing Nova as the top bottled water brand in Saudi Arabia and securing long-term franchise renewals for Burger King across the Middle East. Samer holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Strathclyde University in the UK and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He serves on the boards of several leading companies, including Coca-Cola Bottling Saudi Arabia and Olayan Kimberly-Clark. Saleh is the Global Managing Partner for Safanad, he leads all capital formation activities of the firm, and chairs the firm’s operating partners group. He is based in Dubai and spends significant time in New York and Riyadh. Saleh has over 30 years of experience, including in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs and most recently as the Managing Partner responsible for the Softbank Vision Fund. At the Vision Fund, he was a member of the investment committee, head of the operating group (over 250 companies) and closely managed the firm’s strategic relationships in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
