Alkhabeer Capital shall not be responsible for providing any compensation for losses arising from exposure to fraudulent activities.

Fraudulent activities may take various forms, such as offering fictitious investment services, promising financial returns in exchange for personal, commercial, or confidential information, or requesting fund transfers. Such activities may also involve the unauthorized use of the Company’s name, trademark, or accounts resembling official Company accounts, or the use of third-party or individual IBANs.

In all cases, clients and users are encouraged to verify any written or verbal communication suspected to be fraudulent by contacting Alkhabeer Capital directly through its official communication channels.

Under no circumstances shall Alkhabeer Capital be liable for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or consequences arising from or related in any manner to fraudulent activities.
