Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund for the period from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 as follows:
1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 13,711,626.30.
2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of: 47,281,470 outstanding units.
3. The amount of dividends distributed is SAR 0.29 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 2.90%.
4. The distribution ratio is 2.91% of the net assets value as of 12 Dhul Hijjah 1444H corresponding to 30 June 2023.
5. Cash distribution entitlement for Unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of 5 Shaaban 1445H corresponding to 15 February 2024 (end of trading day on 3 Shaaban 1445H corresponding to 13 February 2024).
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
