Alkhabeer Capital Announces a Change in the Membership of the Board of Directors of Alkhabeer Waqf Fund I

Alkhabeer Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Alkhabeer Waqf Fund I, due to the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors, Farouq Fouad Ghulam (Independent member), commencing from 18 Dhu Alqadah 1442 corresponding to 28 June 2021. The members of the Board of Directors shall become after the change as follows:

1. Ammar Ahmed Shata – Chairman of the Board – (non-independent member).

2. Ahmed Saud Ghouth – (non-independent member).

3. Yasser Muhammad Baharith – (non-independent member).

4. Hamid Muhammad Al-Harasani – (Independent member).

5. Farouq Fouad Ghulam – (Independent member).
