Alkhabeer Capital Announces Alkhabeer REIT’s Terms and Conditions Has Been Updated as of 12 September 2024 Corresponding to
9 Rabi’ Al-Awwal 1446

The following is a summary of the main updated clauses:

• The name of the Auditor has been updated.
• Two certified valuers have been added to value the fund’s assets.
• The Auditor’s fees have been revised to SAR 80,000 annually, instead of
  SAR 75,000.
• The ownership status of the property – Home Works Center – has been updated.
• The memberships of the Fund’s Board of Directors in other funds have been updated.
• The Fund’s examples of Calculation of Fees and the Total Expenses Ratios have been updated to reflect the updated Auditor’s fees.
