Alkhabeer Capital announces material developments for Alkhabeer REIT Fund

Alkhabeer Capital, in its capacity as the Fund Manager of Alkhabeer REIT Fund (the Fund), announces the Fund’s Board of Directors’ initial approval on 2024/02/23 to accept a purchase offer for one of the Fund’s assets (“the deal”), provided that the necessary real estate evaluations are conducted before proceeding with the deal as per the Fund’s terms and conditions.

The Fund Manager expects that the impact resulting from the deal to be generally positive on the Fund’s performance during the first half of 2024 once the legal and administrative procedures related to the deal are completed, the fund manager will later disclose any developments in this regard.
