Subscription to the offering shares will be made available to qualified investors via a toll-free phone number during the offering period, which begins today, Sunday 20 Shaaban 1444H, corresponding to 12 March 2023, and ends on Sunday 27 Shaaban 1444H, corresponding to 19 March 2023. The offering price of the company’s shares has been set at 84 Saudi Riyals per share.
