Alkhabeer Capital Announces the Results of Alkhabeer Waqf Fund I Unitholders’ Meeting

Alkhabeer Capital announced the results of Alkhabeer Waqf Fund I Unitholders’ meeting (first meeting) held using state of the art communication technology, at 13:00 PM on Thursday 22 Jumada al-Akhirah 1445 corresponding to 4 January 2024, attended by Unitholders representing (99.90%) percent of the value of the Fund Units, as follows:

Approve the regular decision to amend the investment policy contained in the fund’s memorandum of terms and conditions, provided that these amendments include the following:

1. Approve the update of the fund’s investment guidelines by adding new investment asset classes and changing the minimum and maximum allocation of the fund’s investments.

2. Approve the amendment of the fund’s indicative index to reflect changes in the types of investments and allocation limits.

3. Approve the fund manager’s mandate to establish a local private investment mechanism to facilitate investments in global financial instruments (where applicable).
