Alkhabeer Capital, as the Fund Manager of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund (the Fund), announces the conclusion of its units repurchased by the Fund in coordination with Saudi Tadawul Group to complete the cancellation of 30,025,851 Units, representing the total Units repurchased by the Fund over the period from
20 July 2023 to 18 July 2024; The decrease of the nominal value of the capital of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund from SAR 1,000,000,000 to SAR 699,741,490. Thus, the total number of Fund’s Outstanding Units becomes 69,974,149 Units.
