Announcement by Alkhabeer Capital Regarding Non-convention of The Meeting of The Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund (First Meeting)

Alkhabeer Capital announces that the unitholders’ meeting of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund, scheduled to be held on 20 August 2024 corresponding to 16 Safar 1446, will not be held due to the lack of the necessary quorum for holding the meeting, as the attendance percentage for the meeting was (21.976%). Accordingly, a second meeting will be determined and announced later.
