Announcement by Alkhabeer Capital regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT Fund
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 as follows:
– Dividends maturity period: From 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024.
– Total distributed dividends: 14,805,929 SAR.
– Number of Outstanding Units on which Cash Distributions will be Distributed: 141,008,848.
– Amount of Dividends Distributed per Unit: 0.105 SAR.
– Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value (%): 1.25 %.
– Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value as of: 31 December 2023 Corresponding to 18 Jumada al-Alkhirah 1445.
– Cash Distribution Entitlements to Unitholders Shall be Based on the Unitholder Register on the End of: 19 May 2024 Corresponding to 11 Dhul Qadah 1445.
– Distributions will be paid (number of days): Distributions will be paid within 40 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
