Alkhabeer Capital announces the call for the first meeting of the Unitholders’ General Assembly of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund

Alkhabeer Capital invites the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund (“Fund”) to attend the Unitholders’ General Assembly Meeting (“Meeting”) to be held using state of the art teleconferencing via the Tadawulaty system at 6 PM, Wednesday, 19 July 2023, corresponding to 1 Muharram 1445 (Um Al Qura Calendar), to deliberate the Agenda of the Meeting (attached).

We would like to inform you that electronic voting on Agenda items will start at
10 AM, Saturday 15 July 2023, corresponding to 26 Dhuʻl-Hijjah 1444, and will continue up to the adjournment of the General Assembly Meeting. Registration and voting will be carried out on the Tadawulaty website, which is accessible to all Unitholders using the following URL: Tadawulaty.com.sa.
