Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 as follows:
– Cash distributions will be made based on 141,008,848 outstanding units.
– Total distributed dividends: SAR 14,805,929.04 Equivalent to 0.105 riyals per unit, and its percentage of the initial price of the unit 1.05%
– The distribution ratio is equivalent to 1.19% of the net value of assets as of
31 December 2025.
– The cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the Unitholders register at the end of Thursday, 27 Dhul-Qi’dah 1447, corresponding to 14 May 2026 (end of trading day on Tuesday, 25 Dhul-Qi’dah 1447, corresponding to 12 May 2026).
– Distributions will be paid within 40 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
