Alkhabeer Capital Announcement for the Details of Non-Fundamental Changes to Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund

Alkhabeer Capital announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-Fundamental change to Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund, such changes will become effective on 26 Shawwal 1444, corresponding to 16 May 2023.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: Changing the Fund’s current benchmark from the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) for a period of 12 months plus 300 basis points, to the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (Term SOFR) for a period of 12 months plus 300 basis points.
