Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023 as follows:
1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 14,805,929.04.
2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 141,008,848 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 105 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 1.05%.
4. The distribution ratio is 1.237% of the net value of assets as of Friday, 12 Dhu al-Hijjah 1444 corresponding to 30 June 2023.
5. The cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the Unitholders register at the end of Tuesday, 3 Shaaban 1445 corresponding to 13 February 2024, (end of trading day on Sunday, 1 Shaaban 1445 corresponding to 11 February 2024).
6. Distributions will be paid within 40 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
