Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 as follows:
1. Cash distributions will be made based on 141,008,848 outstanding units.
2. Total distributed dividends: SAR 14,805,929, Equivalent to 0.105 riyals per unit, and its percentage of the initial price of the unit is 1.05%.
3. The distribution ratio is 2080% of the net value of assets as of
30 June 2024.
4. The cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the Unitholders register at the end of Thursday, 14 Shaban, 1446, corresponding to 13 February 2025 (end of trading day on Tuesday, 12 Shaban, 1446, corresponding to 11 February 2025).
5. Distributions will be paid within 40 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
