Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025 as follows:
1. Cash distributions will be made based on 141,008,848 outstanding units.
2. Total distributed dividends: SAR 14,805,929, Equivalent to 0.105 riyals per unit, and its percentage of the initial price of the unit is 1.05%.
3. The distribution ratio is equivalent to 211% of the net value of assets as of
31 December 2024.
4. The cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the Unitholders register at the end of Wednesday, 16 Dhul Qadah, 1446, corresponding to 14 May 2025 (end of trading day on Monday,
14 Dhul Qadah, 1446, corresponding to 12 May 2025).
5. Distributions will be paid within 40 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
