Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 as follows:
1. Cash distributions will be made based on 141,008,848 outstanding units.
2. Total distributed dividends: SAR 14,805,929.04 Equivalent to 0.105 riyals per unit, and its percentage of the initial price of the unit 1.05%
3. The distribution ratio is equivalent to 1.17% of the net value of assets as of
30 June 2026 *.
4. The cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the Unitholders register at the end of Thursday, 30 Safar 1448, corresponding to 13 August 2026 (end of trading day on Tuesday, 28 Safar 1448, corresponding to 11 August 2026).
5. Distributions will be paid within 40 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
