Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022 as follows:

• Total distributed dividends: SAR 17,626,106.
• Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 141,008,848 outstanding units.
• The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.125 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 1.25%.
• The distribution ratio is 1.465% of the net value of assets as of Thursday 1 Dhu Al-Hijjah 1443 corresponding to 30 June 2022.
• The cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the Unitholders register at the end of Wednesday 22 Rabi al-Thani 1444 corresponding to 16 November 2022, (end of trading day on Monday 20 Rabi al-Thani 1444 corresponding to 14 November 2022).
• Distributions will be paid within 30 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distribut­­ions.
