Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023 as follows:
– Total distributed dividends: SAR 14,805,929.
– Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 141,008,848 outstanding units.
– The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.105 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 1.05%.
– The distribution ratio is 1.25% of the net value of assets as of Saturday, 7 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1444 corresponding to 31 December 2022.
– The cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the Unitholders register at the end of Monday, 2 Dhul Qadah 1444 corresponding to 22 May 2023. (End of trading day on Thursday, 28 Shawwal 1444 corresponding to 18 May 2023).
– Distributions will be paid within 40 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
