Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund for the period from 1 July 2022 to
31 December 2022 as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 13,238,811.60 (SAR 12,293,182.20 for previous period).

2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of: 47,281,470 outstanding units.

3. The amount of dividends distributed is SAR 0.28 (SAR 0.26 for previous period) for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 2.80% (2.60% for previous period).

4. The distribution ratio is 2.82% (2.60% for previous period) of the net assets value as of Saturday, 7 Jumada al-Alkhirah 1444H corresponding to
31 December 2022 (un-audited).

5. Cash distribution entitlement for Unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of Sunday, 21 Rajab 1444H corresponding to 12 February 2023 (end of trading day on Wednesday, 17 Rajab 1444H corresponding to
8 February 2023).

6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distribut­­ions.
