Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030 for the period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 as follows:
– Total distributed: SAR 10,690,972.25.
– Cash distributions will be made on the basis of: 30,545,635 outstanding
– The distribution amount is SAR 0.35 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 3.50%.
– The distribution ratio is 3.38% of the net assets value as of 11 Rajab 1447H, corresponding to 31 December 2025.*
– Cash distribution entitlement for Unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of Sunday, 27 Sha’ban 1447H, corresponding to 15 February 2026 (end of trading on Wednesday, 23 Sha’ban 1447H, corresponding to
11 February 2026).
– Distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to note that the financial statements for the specified period are (unaudited).
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
