Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030 for the period from 17 July 2024* to 31 December 2024 as follows:
1. Total distributed: SAR 8,247,321.45.
2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of: 30,545,635 outstanding
3. The distribution amount is SAR 0.27 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 2.70 %.
4. The distribution ratio is 2.63% of the net assets value as of 30 Jumada al-thani 1446H corresponding to 31 December 2024.
5. Cash distribution entitlement for unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of Monday, 18 Shaban 1446H corresponding to 17 February 2025 (end of trading day on Thursday, 14 Shaban 1446H corresponding to
13 February 2025).
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
* The Fund was listed on 17 July 2024 and the investment of the subscription proceeds was deployed on
1 September 2024.
