Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund for the period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 as follows:
1) Total distributed dividends: SAR 12,293,182.20.
2) Cash distributions will be made on the basis of: 47,281,470 outstanding units.
3) The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.26 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 2.60%.
4) The distribution ratio is 2.60% of the net assets value as of Thursday, 1 Thul-Hijjah 1443 corresponding to 30 June 2022.
5) Cash distribution entitlement for Unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register in the end of Sunday, 23 Muharram 1444 corresponding to 21 August 2022 (end of trading day on Wednesday, 19 Muharram 1443 corresponding to 17 August 2022).
6) Distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
