Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund for the period from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 as follows:
1. Total distributed: SAR 10,874,738.10.
2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of: 47,281,470 outstanding units.
3. The distribution amount is SAR 0.23 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 2.30%.
4. The distribution ratio is 2.38% of the net assets value as of 1 Jumada Al-Thani 1446H corresponding to 31 December 2024.
5. Cash distribution entitlement for Unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of Tuesday, 19 Shaban 1446H corresponding to 18 February 2025 (end of trading day on Sunday, 17 Shaban 1446H corresponding to 16 February 2025).
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
