Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund for the period from 01 January 2026 to 30 June 2026 as follows:

1. Total distributed: SAR 7,565,035.20.

2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 47,281,470 outstanding units.

3. The distribution amount is SAR 0.16 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 1.60%.

4. The distribution ratio is 1.77% of the net assets value as of 15 Muharram 1448H, corresponding to 30 June 2026*.

5. Cash distribution entitlement for Unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of Monday, 4 Rabi al-Awwal 1448H, corresponding to
17 August 2026 (end of trading on Thursday, 30 Safar 1448H, corresponding to 13 August 2026).

6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
