Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund for the period from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021 as follows:
1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 11,820,367.50.
2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of: 47,281,470 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.25 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 2.50%.
4. The distribution ratio is 2.44% of the net assets value as of Friday, 27 Jumada Al-Awwal 1443 corresponding to 31 December 2021.
5. Cash distribution entitlement for Unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register in the end of Thursday, 9 Rajab 1443 corresponding to 10 February 2022 (end of trading day on Tuesday, 7 Rajab 1443 corresponding to 8 February 2022).
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
