Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distributions of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth & Income Traded Fund for the period from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025 as follows:

– Total distributed dividends: SAR 26,892,017.

– Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 65,590,285 outstanding units.

– The amount of dividends distributed is SAR 0.41 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 10%.

– The distribution ratio is 3.30% of the net assets value per unit as of 30 June 2025 corresponding to Muharram 1447.

– Cash distribution entitlement to unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of Tuesday, 5 August 2025 corresponding to 11 Safar 1447 (end of trading day on Sunday, 3 August 2025 corresponding to 9 Safar 1447).

Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

We would like to draw the attention of the unitholders to the fact that the Fund units that were previously repurchased by the Fund Manager for cancellation (4,383,864 units) until the announcement date will not have any voting rights and will not be entitled to receive Fund dividends. The Fund Manager will temporarily suspend the buy-back of Units until the close of trading day on Sunday, 3 Aug 2025 corresponding to 9 Safar 1447.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
