Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Subscription Results of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030

Alkhabeer Capital, the Fund Manager of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030 announces that the Fund’s Initial Public Offering (IPO), which ended on Thursday 13 June 2024, has been successfully completed.

During the IPO period of 35 business days, the Fund attracted 144,132 subscribers, with net subscription value of SAR 305,456,350 Alkhabeer Capital will coordinate with the Lead Manager to complete the unit allocation process to subscribers, within 10 business days from the end of the IPO period. The Fund units will be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 14 July 2024.
