Alkhabeer Capital Announcement Regarding Fundamental Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund

Alkhabeer Capital (The Fund Manager) announces the approval of the unitholders and the Capital Market Authority of fundamental changes to the terms and conditions of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund; Such change will become effective on 4 June 2025, corresponding to 8 Dhul Hijjah 1446. The following is a summary of the main updated clauses:

– The Fund Manager shall distribute semi-annually. These distributions shall include 100% of the dividend income received by the Fund and up to 50% of the net realized and net unrealized capital gains. Distributions would be subject to Fund Board approval.

– The Fund Manager may, at his discretion, make additional distributions during a calendar year, subject to Fund Board approval.

– The Fund Manager will take into account asset values, unit price, and prevailing market conditions while also considering the long-term growth of the fund’s assets in order to make the most appropriate decision regarding whether to distribute profits or not.

– Distributions (if any) will be announced within ten (10) business days from the date of the announcement and publication of the fund’s quarterly report on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website. Details of the cash distributions will be published on the Saudi Exchange website: saudiexchange.sa.

– The entitlement to cash distributions will be based on the unitholders’ register as of the entitlement date, which falls within twenty (20) business days from the distribution announcement date. Distributions will be paid within thirty (30) business days from the date of the announcement and publication of the fund’s quarterly report on the Saudi Exchange website.
