Alkhabeer Capital Announcement Regarding the Commencement Date of Electronic Voting on the Agenda of the Unitholders’ Meeting

With reference to the Fund’s announcement published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on 31 May 2026, corresponding to 14 Dhul-Hijjah 1447H, which included the invitation to the unitholders to attend the first unitholders’ meeting via modern technology, scheduled to be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday, 14 June 2026, corresponding to 28 Dhul-Hijjah 1447H.

Alkhabeer Capital would like to remind the unitholders that electronic voting on the agenda items of the meeting will commence at 1:00 AM on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, corresponding to 24 Dhul-Hijjah 1447H, and will continue until the end of the meeting.
