Alkhabeer Capital Announces an update on the previously announced developments regarding the appointment of SNB Capital as the Market Maker for the Fund

With reference to the previous announcement of the Alkhabeer Growth & Income Traded Fund published on 29 July 2025 regarding the appointment of SNB Capital Company as a market maker for the Fund’s Units.

Alkhabeer Growth & Income Traded Fund would like to announce that the request to appoint SNB Capital as market maker for the Fund has been approved. SNB Capital will start market making activities on the Fund’s units from
3 September 2025. The appointment is for a period of 12 months from the start date.
