Alkhabeer Capital Announces Dividend Distribution to Unitholders of “Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund”

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of “Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund” for the period from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025, as follows:

– Total dividends: SAR 9,456,294.

– Dividends will be based on: 47,281,470 outstanding units.

– Dividend per unit: SAR 0.20 per unit, representing 2.00% of the initial unit price.

– Distribution rate: 2.20% of the net asset value as of 5 Muharram 1447 AH corresponding to 30 June 2025. (Unaudited)

– Eligibility date: Dividends will be payable to unitholders registered in the unitholders’ register as at the end of Sunday 23 Safar 1447 corresponding to
17 August 2025 (end of trading on Wednesday 19 Safar 1447 corresponding to
13 August 2025).

– Payment date: Dividends will be paid within 10 business days from the eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would also like to remind unitholders to update their information with the financial market institutions where their accounts are held to ensure that due dividends are directly deposited into their accounts.
