Alkhabeer Capital Announces the Addendum Explanatory Announcement Regarding the Completion of the Sale of “Ahlan Court” Property

The Fund Manager clarifies that the net sale price of the property amounts to SAR 71,750,000 (seventy-one million, seven hundred and fifty thousand Saudi Riyals), with the buyer bearing the Real Estate Transaction Tax and brokerage fees.

In addition, the Fund Manager successfully collected an additional amount of SAR 14,000,000 (fourteen million Saudi Riyals) from the current tenant of the property, in return for the tenant’s request to terminate the existing lease agreement prior to its expiration date.

Accordingly, the total amount received from the property on behalf of the Fund is SAR 85,750,000, Including the sale amount plus the compensation amount for contract termination.
