Alkhabeer Capital announces the availability of the interim financial statements of “Alkhabeer REIT” for the period ended on 30 June 2026.

The following is a summary of the interim financial results for the period:

–  Net assets at the end of the period: 1,267,043,423 SAR

–  Total expenses and fees for the period: 43,834,015 SAR

–  Net profit (loss) for the period: 18,171,636 SAR

–  Number of outstanding units at the end of the period: 141,008,848 Unit

–  Net asset value per unit: 9856 SAR/Unit

–  Return for the period: 59%.
