Alkhabeer Capital Announces the Call for the First Meeting of the Fund’s Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund (First Meeting)

Alkhabeer Capital invites the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth & Income Traded Fund (The Fund) to attend the first Unitholders’ Meeting (the Meeting), which will be held electronically via teleconferencing at 6:00 pm, on Sunday, 14 June 2026 corresponding to 28 Dhul-Hijjah 1447H (Um Al Qura Calendar), to discuss the agenda of the meeting. We would like to inform you that electronic voting on agenda items will start at 1:00 am, on Wednesday 10 June 2026, corresponding to 24 Dhul-Hijjah 1447H, and will continue until the conclusion of the meeting.
