Alkhabeer Capital Announces the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030 for the period from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025 as follows:

– Total distributions: SAR 11,912,797.65.

– Basis of distributions: 30,545,635 outstanding units.

– Distribution amount per unit: SAR 0.39 per unit, representing 3.90% of the initial unit price.

– Distribution rate: 3.75% of the net asset value as of 5 Muharram 1447 corresponding to 30 June 2025. (Unaudited)

– Eligibility date: Unitholders registered as of Monday, 24 Safar 1447 corresponding to 18 August 2025 will be eligible, provided they were holding units at the end of trading on Thursday, 20 Safar 1447 corresponding to 14 August 2025.

– Payment date: Dividends will be paid within 10 business days from the eligibility date.

The Fund Manager reminds unitholders to ensure their information is updated with their financial market institutions to guarantee direct deposit of their due dividends into their bank accounts.
