Alkhabeer Capital, the Fund Manager of Alkhabeer REIT (“the Fund”), announces on 30 June 2021, the completion of the acquisition process of Akun Warehouses, a cooling storage warehouses, which located in King Faisal Naval Base, Jeddah.

The Fund Manager aims from the above-mentioned acquisition process to expand the Fund’s asset base and diversify its sources of income, which will positively affect the results and performance of the Fund.
