 The Fund Manager, Alkhabeer Capital, announced the results of Growth and Income Traded Fund Units buyback for cancellation, as follows:

– Date of Announcement of the Results of the Unitholders’ Meeting approving the repurchase of Units: 20 July 2023, corresponding to 2 Muharram 1445

– Repurchase Period: 24 July 2023 to 10 August 2023

– Number of Units Repurchased: 14,811,192 Units

– Value of Units Repurchased: SAR 139,906,745

– Average Repurchase Price per Unit: SAR 9.45
