Announcement by Alkhabeer Capital for the results of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund units buy-back

Alkhabeer Capital “Fund Manager” announces the results of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund units buy-back during the period from 29 August 2024 to 28 August 2025 and the end of the buy-back period.

The following is a summary of the buyback of units for cancellation:

– Number of Units Purchased: 6,097,864

– Value of Units Purchased: SAR 55,806,357

– Average Purchase Price per Unit: SAR 9.15

The Fund Manager would like to clarify that the unitholder’s approval for the fund to purchase its Units for cancellation of up to a maximum 20% has expired by the end of the trading day Thursday, 28 August 2025. Accordingly, the Fund Manager Bought back a total of 6,097,864 units during the entire period.

In addition, the fund manager will coordinate with the Saudi Tadawul Group to complete the process of canceling all purchased units within 10 working days from the date of the announcement.
