Announcement by Alkhabeer Capital regarding the distribution of dividends to the unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Fund

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Fund for the period from 01 January 2026 to 30 June 2026 as follows:

1. Total distributions: SAR 0.20 per unit according to the outstanding units as of 13 Safar 1448 corresponding to 27 July 2026.

2. Cash distributions will be based on the outstanding units as of 13 Safar 1448 corresponding to 27 July 2026.

3. Total distributed dividends: 9,440,375.46 SAR.

4. Number of Outstanding Units on which Cash Distributions will be Distributed: 47, 201,877.29.

5. The distribution value per unit is SAR 0.20 for each unit according to the outstanding units as of 13 Safar 1448H corresponding to 27 July 2026.

6. The distribution ratio is 1.69% of net asset value as of 15 Muharram 1448 corresponding to 30 June 2026. *

7. Entitlement to cash distributions shall be for unitholders according to the unitholders’ register at the end of Monday, 13 Safar 1448 corresponding to 27 July 2026.

8. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days from the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the esteemed unitholders to update their information to ensure that their due dividends are deposited directly into their accounts.
