Alkhabeer Capital Announcement on the Distribution of Dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT
Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 October 2021 to 31 December 2021 to as follows:
1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 17,626,106.
2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 141,008,848 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 125 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial unit price is 1.25%.
4. The distribution ratio is 1.474% of the net value of assets as of Friday, 27 Jumada Al-Awwal 1443 corresponding to 31 December 2021*.
5. The cash distribution entitlement to unitholders will be for Unitholders as per the unitholders register at the end of Wednesday, 15 Rajab 1443 corresponding to 16 February 2022, end of trading day on Monday, 13 Rajab 1443 corresponding to 14 February 2022.
6. Distributions will be paid within 30 business days of the distribution entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with the financial institutions to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
