Announcement by Alkhabeer Capital regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth & Income Traded Fund for the period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 as follows:

• Dividends maturity period: From 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025.
• Total distributed dividends: SAR 19,162,886
• Number of Outstanding Units on which Cash Distributions will be Distributed: 63,876,285 units.
• Amount of Dividends Distributed per Unit: SAR 0.30.
• Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value (%): 2.73%.
• Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value as of 31 December 2025 Corresponding to Wednesday, 11 Rajab 1447 AH.
• Cash Distribution Entitlements to Unitholders Shall be Based on the Unitholder Register on the End of 8 February 2026 Corresponding to 20 Sha’ban 1447 AH.
• Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

We would like to draw the attention of the unitholders to the fact that the total distributions since inception amount to SAR 5.015 per unit, representing 50.15% of the initial unit price.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
