Announcement by Alkhabeer Capital regarding the distributions of the Fund’s additional dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of additional cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth & Income Traded Fund for the period from 27 April 2022 to 31 December 2024 as follows:

1- Total distributed dividends: SAR 127,752,570.

2- Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 63,876,285 outstanding units.

3- The amount of dividends distributed is SAR 2 for each unit.

4- The distribution ratio is 16.12% of the net assets value per unit as of 30 September 2025 corresponding to 8 Rabi al-Thani 1447H.

5- Cash distribution entitlement to unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of Thursday, December 18, 2025, corresponding to 27 Jumada Al-thani 1447 (end of trading session on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 corresponding to 25 Jumada Al-thani 1447H).

6- Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager would like to highlight that the Fund has achieved positive performance since its inception resulting in NAV per unit appreciating to SAR 12.40 per unit as of Sep 30, 2025, demonstrating an

adequate increase in the value of the Fund from its initial price per unit of SAR 10.00.

In view of this, the Fund Manager is distributing a portion of the gains created through its investments since the inception of the Fund and which equates to a distribution of SAR 2.00 per unit.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
