Announcement by Alkhabeer Capital Regarding the Results of the Unitholders’ Meeting of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund (First Meeting)
Alkhabeer Capital announces the results of the meeting of the unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund (the First Meeting), which was held via modern technology means at 6:00 pm on Sunday, 14 June 2026, corresponding to 28 Dhul-Hijjah 1447H. The meeting was attended by 0000 unitholders representing 0% of the Fund’s unit value. The voting results were as follows:
1. Approval of the resolution to delist Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund as a listed closed-ended investment fund and convert it into an open-ended public investment fund.
2. Approval of the proposed fundamental amendments to the Fund’s Terms and Conditions. For a copy of the T&C, click here.
Alkhabeer Capital also announces that trading of the Fund’s units will be suspended effective 18 June 2026, and the Fund will be delisted on 25 June 2026, in accordance with the implementation timetable for the Fund’s delisting plan previously announced.
