Announcement from Alkhabeer Capital to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund

With reference to the results of the meeting of the unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund held on 14 June 2026, the Fund Manager would like to announce that the last day for trading the Fund’s units on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will be 17 June 2026. Trading of the Fund’s units will be suspended effectively from 18 June 2026.
