Alkhabeer Capital announces the termination of Alkhabeer Saudi Equity Fund. In its capacity as the Fund Manager, the Company will start the liquidation of the Fund (as per article (37) of the Investment Funds Regulations, which contains the requirements and rules of Public Fund termination, and pursuant to clause (25) and clause (31) of the Fund’s Information Memorandum) within five business days from this date, Wednesday, December 7, 2016. This will be followed by the Fund’s closure and settlement of its remaining liabilities.
