He is the Chairman of two Regulated Financial Services Company Boards in the UK, Fidelity Life Insurance and Scottish Friendly Assurance. He is also a Non-Executive Director of two further Boards and Chair of various sub-committees, Fidelity Life in Ireland and Hampden & Co Private Bank.
He is a qualified Actuary (FIA) with a corporate career spanning more than 25 years with several country CEO roles in UK, France and Australia.
